Text

The appointment of the commissioners and members of the Office of Identity and Cultural Expression is essential to the implementation of the provisions of the Identity and Language Act 2022 for which TEO is responsible. We are pleased to announce that panels have been established and that all three competition initiation meetings took place recently. That is a significant step in the process. The officials are working to provide us with further advice, which will include the necessary documentation to enable the competitions to be launched. The process will be run in line with the Commissioner for Public Appointment's (CPANI) guidelines.
