Text
Mr Gaston asked the Minister of Health, after noting the fact that Members continually hear of the constraints on the Health budget, whether he will pull funding to the Rainbow Project in light of the advice that it has published on its website that tells people to keep a supply of Post-it notes to snort powdered drugs and states that people can still consent to sex even if they are "a bit tipsy or a bit stoned".
