I thank the Minister for his answer, in which he referred to the recent OEP report and, indeed, the nutrients action programme. Given that the OEP report identified one of the key drivers of biodiversity loss as an unsustainable nutrients surplus, will the Minister advise us when the nutrients action programme will be published?
