Text
Absolutely. The Member is absolutely correct. A draft business plan was submitted, but it included some aspirations around further works that would be required. Most of those were to do with health and safety and the protection of the site. As the Member will be aware, the budget is incredibly difficult, and many of those bids were not met. Therefore, the board is revising that business plan, which we hope to get very shortly. The board will have had some confirmation of the budget envelope within which it is working, and it will be looking at that and prioritising what works. The board is subject to a number of legal obligations, particularly because of the health and safety requirements at the site and, of course, the listed status of the buildings when it comes to basic maintenance and protection. The board is looking at the business plan, and we hope to get it very shortly. I suspect that that will be in the next number of weeks.
