Text
I also welcome the Minister's statement. We speak a lot about scarcity of resource in this place, but the question of what price we put on a human life is relevant in this context. How will the Minister ensure that, in every school, we have the right number of people with the knowledge required to use the defibrillator safely and effectively, should it be needed?
