Text

I thank the Minister for his statement. It will be really welcome in my constituency of Fermanagh and South Tyrone. The Minister has put in place extra help for debt services, and he has now put in place fuel support for pensioners. Will he tell me whether, rather than just saying that the payment needed to be fully restored for constituents, any other party came to him with a concrete plan? Will he provide a breakdown of exactly what the payment will mean for constituents across Northern Ireland?
