The Invest NI land strategy plan is not just about looking outside the greater Belfast area. We remain committed to growing the economy inside the greater Belfast area; we just want to do more to address regional imbalance beyond that. The land strategy will look at the location of strategic land. Of course, if we could get the agreement necessary to develop the Maze/Long Kesh project and get it moving, there would be a ready-made land bank in your constituency to support continued economic development. I hope that that can happen sooner rather than later. I am happy to engage with the Member or have Invest's land team engage with him if there are land issues that he wants to raise.
