Text
We do not have an exact figure because it will change depending on the programmes that are taken forward. The current estimate is that the number of new builds will be approximately 1,350. It is important to remember that my capital allocation meant that we started the year at 400. Significant progress has been made, but there is more to do.

- No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
- The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.
This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
