I thank the Minister. I appreciate that it is an operational matter, but I hear about it regularly in my constituency office. The issue is that residents feel not only that there is substandard work but that their complaints are not dealt with properly. What conversations is the Minister having with the Housing Executive about better support for residents who feel that the work is substandard?
