Text

I do not agree with the Member's assessment that it is nonsensical. The Civil Service is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the society that we serve. I can confirm that there was no cost involved in developing the guide, which was developed by staff in-house in consultation with external stakeholders.

  • Assessed as legitimate policy scrutiny (0.68).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (0.97).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
