Text
Following my invitation, the chief executive of the Financial Conduct Authority will be travelling to Belfast to meet me and to attend the banking round table that I will host later this month. I will use that meeting to call on the chief executive to use all the powers at his disposal to ensure proper access to cash and banking services for citizens right across the North. The round table will therefore provide a valuable platform for a range of key stakeholders to put their concerns about access to cash directly to the Financial Conduct Authority and to discuss how the new rules can help our communities.
