Text

Mr Durkan asked the Minister for Infrastructure whether, in light of the fact that Members, especially the Minister, and even more so the public, were disappointed last week to hear the news of a legal challenge to the A5 scheme, which was due to progress after sterling and rightly acclaimed work by DFI, he is able to update us on that and even say who the challenge is from.
