Text
Minister, businesses in our constituency, and, I expect, across Northern Ireland, are concerned, rightly, about the additional pressures that they will experience following HM Treasury's autumn Budget. They suggest that more rate relief would be a great help. In response to a previous question, you mentioned that you are preparing proposals for the short, medium and long term. Can you give us any more detail on that and on whether you propose reducing rates for small businesses?
