Text
I am sorry that I cannot confirm to the Member whether that is a permanent closure, but I will get him that information. The plan is to get as much of the public realm works around the Grand Central station as possible completed as quickly as possible so that, at the end of the work, there will be no further traffic congestion and the public, businesses and visitors to Belfast will have a public realm scheme that everybody can be proud of and that will attract visitors to the city.
