Text
I am not aware of that specific area, though I am tempted to say that it is interesting to hear that there are traffic jams outside Belfast. With new developments, the local division responds to planning applications on the basis of whether the road network can or cannot take additional commuter traffic as a result of further development. It may suggest that a developer contributes to the local road network to allow progress to be made. I am not aware of the specific area to which the Member refers, but I will come back to him with more detail, should he so wish.
