Text
I thank the deputy First Minister for her answer. If we continue to repeat the sins of the past, we will never get any better. In my estimation, it is unarguable that the failure to have government here for five years out of eight impacted on our ability to have a Programme for Government and on people's lives. Will the deputy First Minister give an undertaking to the House that a conversation will be had to learn from the mistakes of the past so that we can move into a better dispensation for the people of Northern Ireland?
