Text

I thank the Member for giving way. I do not know whether he has been in the Chamber when the Education Minister has, on multiple occasions, been challenged on the transformation needed for special educational needs. Every response that he has given has been, "Give me the money, and I will make the changes". Does it not seem hypocritical that the DUP seems to be talking out of one side of its mouth on Education and out of the other on Health?
