Text

I thank the Minister for giving way. I understand the financial position that he is in. Minister, do you accept that some of the preventative work would be much more cost-effective and would, hopefully, result in people not ending up in hospital or needing greater psychiatric input, which would provide a saving to us? I wonder whether we can look more at that approach.

  • Assessed as legitimate policy scrutiny (0.93).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-qualifying threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
