Text
There has not been at this stage. In its regular reviews of prisons, adjudications are one of the things that the Criminal Justice Inspection Northern Ireland will look at in terms of the work that goes on in our prisons. We had a situation in 2005, when our prisons were considered to be fairly volatile and unsafe places. That is no longer the case. The progressive regime that has been put in place is one of the reasons why that has stabilised. Therefore, at the moment, it is not my intention to do a major review of that, but, if people have different experiences, we are always open to hearing about that.
