Text
During the collapse of these institutions, I asked the Department for a resolution to the issues. Since the Minister has come back to office, I have asked him, written to him and spoken to him. Each and every time, we are told that something will happen at some point in the future. What message does the Minister have for the primary-school child who, on 18 September, was pinned up against the railings in fear when a vehicle had to mount the footpath in order to be able to maintain the traffic flow in the street?
