Text
The Minister rightly identified educational underachievement as a major issue. In his answer, he mentioned the RAISE programme. However, there seems to be an anomaly in the RAISE programme, insofar as some of the big, well-known grammar schools in the leafy suburbs can access the funding, but Bunscoil an tSléibhe Dhuibh in Ballymurphy, Gaelscoil na Móna in Turf Lodge and St John the Baptist Primary School in the middle of Andersonstown cannot. Does the Minister care to comment on that anomaly?
