Thank you, Minister. As I am sure you know, the Employment Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 provides for the making of gender pay gap regulations and requires the publication of a gender pay strategy and action plan within 18 months. Will you commit to working with colleagues to consider making those regulations alongside the good jobs Bill?
