Thank you, Mr Speaker. I thank the Minister for his answer. There is much to welcome there. Will the Minister give a view on whether he feels that there is a gap in the legislative protection for young people with special educational needs who are moving out of the school system? We seem to be lagging behind neighbouring jurisdictions in that regard.
