I thank the Minister for her answer. I note that, in the last week, the Lady Chief Justice has expressed her disappointment that the broadcasting of court proceedings will not be implemented in this mandate. I therefore ask the Minister why that could not be included in the sentencing Bill as it is important, particularly around transparency and public confidence.
