Text
I have set out my position on June monitoring and pre-election guidance to Mr O'Toole on, I think, four occasions. I considered the pre-election guidance, and I consider June monitoring to be normal and routine business for the Executive. The pre-election guidance is clear that each case should be considered on its merits.
