Text
I thank the Minister for her answer. I welcome the fact that there will be a follow-up in autumn and look forward to hearing the outcomes of that. Those services are vital for rural areas. Banks make corporate decisions without thought or regard for the people of rural areas.
Are there any measures that the Minister can take to make sure that the decisions are rural-proofed? This is corporate decision-making, and, ultimately, we are only asking and urging. What can the Minister do about that?

Assessment
Not analysed
This is the same MLA’s follow-up within the exchange on their own question. It is analysed together with that question and is not counted separately, so one question is never counted twice.
