Text
Minister, I really welcome the consultation. It is very comprehensive, and I look forward to engaging on all aspects of it. There are huge disparities between Carers NI's financial modelling on paid carer's leave and your Department's financial modelling on it. How do you account for those differences? Will you assure the House that you are not rolling back on the commitment and ambition for carers to get paid and be supported for the valuable contribution that they make to our society each and every day?
