Text

Thank you very much, Mr Deputy Speaker. It appears that we have support from all sides of the House and no dissenting voices, to use your terminology. That was evidenced by the great passion with which Mr McCrossan spoke in his contribution. He was clearly excited about the matter in front of us. Pensions can seem dull at times, as I have said before in this place, but what we have is an important step forward to get younger people to think a bit more about what they need to do in order to prepare for the future. I do not think that there were any points that the House wanted me to respond to or clarifications required, so I will not prolong the debate. I commend the Second Stage of the Bill to the House.
