Text

I welcome the Minister to his new role. In his children's social care services review, Professor Ray Jones put forward 53 recommendations. Some of those recommendations do not need significant resources or investment, particularly if those resources are pooled or used effectively as per the Children's Services Co-operation Act (Northern Ireland) 2015. Will the Minister direct the Department to implement those recommendations, or will he undertake another review?
