I thank the Minister for that. The Minister will be aware that the Committee for Education and the Committee for the Economy held a concurrent meeting last week. At that meeting, Education officials said that there were currently no plans to publish the action plan for the framework for 14- to 19-year-olds' education. How does the Minister expect those Committees to scrutinise that work if the action plan is not available to measure progress against?
