Text
I welcome the Minister to his role and congratulate him. I look forward to working with you, Minister. I welcome the statement. Despite the difficult picture, there is a lot in the statement that is definitely encouraging, and I am keen to work with you on that in the time ahead. Everyone is affected by this — our families, friends, neighbours and constituents — so it is in all our interests to get the best outcome. Your key priorities are positive, Minister. They are certainly what we would like to see done, but everything is underpinned by workforce. Can the Minister advise when we can expect to see a plan around workforce to bring those priorities forward?
