Text
I have huge support for the Supporting People programme. It does an incredible job and helps people who would otherwise need much more serious and much more expensive intervention. Budget conversations are ongoing. The Member will be aware of the tight budgetary environment in which I am operating. I want to be able to help the Supporting People programme, because it makes a real difference in people's lives and is far more cost-effective than the alternative in many cases.
