Text
As I said, that is a matter for the Executive as a whole. We have a responsibility there and we have a responsibility to work with others on it, and we certainly will not slack. That is why I made net zero one of the four priorities for the Department. When a strategic focus was being provided to the Department, I identified that a net zero approach as one of the four targets. We will do everything in our regard, and we recognise that it has to move at pace and accelerate if targets are to be met. It is a matter for the Executive and for collaboration between all the Departments. I hope that it will be a matter that the House will support.
