Text
The Member frequently raises the Westland estate with me. I will have to visit sometime, because I have heard so much about it from him. I understand that the proposal to build a new community facility to serve the Westland estate is being managed by the Executive Office through its Urban Villages programme. My officials have engaged with community representatives in the area over a sustained period to support and develop community infrastructure in the area through the Westland Community Group, and that is being delivered through the capacity support project.
