Text
The Housing Executive has a range of powers at its disposal for dealing with antisocial behaviour issues. My Department keeps those powers under review to ensure that they are working effectively. To that end, as part of a joint public consultation with the Department of Justice, my Department recently published proposals to amend existing antisocial behaviour legislation, including grounds for possession and injunctions against antisocial behaviour. Officials will review the responses received, and I will consider the recommendations and next steps in due course.
