Text
I thank the Minister for his answer. He answered a bit of my question, but some areas are already at capacity, with owners having to install their own septic tanks at a cost that is maybe just shy of £10,000, and that is increasing the cost of social housing. Will the Minister consider a scheme to match fund so that we can ensure that social housing can continue to be built in areas where we are at capacity?
