Text
I do. I would share in those comments. I have witnessed in my constituency and as Minister the invaluable work that they carry out. I felt that it was important to find a way through the Executive Budget paper with the Finance Minister so that we can continue to make progress on getting a resolution. We very much want to do that, working together. I advise the House that there will be engagement between the trade unions and my Department this Thursday. I want a resolution. I do not want strike action. I want us to find a way that avoids that and gets the right outcome for the workers involved.
