Thank you, Minister, for your answer. You outlined the role of the statement in the process. Do you share my concern that, in the past 12 months, among the 138 staff who work in the statementing element of the EA, 3,042 days of sick leave have been taken? What more can the Department do to ensure that the resource, the number of officials working with statementing, is up to scratch?
