Text

The Member is aware of how advanced the project is. We have not entered into a formal contract with a company to build, but it is at a late stage and is shovel-ready, subject to capital funding becoming available. I cannot commit to funding something until I know what my funding envelope will be. That is part of the budgetary process. The school is very much at an advanced stage, but, until I know what capital is available to the Department, I am not able to give that absolute commitment.

Assessment

Not qualifying

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not qualifying”.

  • Assessed as legitimate policy scrutiny (0.70).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-qualifying threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
