Thank you, First Minister. On a separate but related issue, just before recess, in a written ministerial statement that was not delivered orally to the Assembly, the Minister of Education appointed the serving Justice Department permanent secretary to be chief executive of the Education Authority. He has confirmed to me in a written answer that there was no internal trawl. It appears that that appointment did not follow the updated guidance outlined in the renewable heat incentive inquiry recommendations.
