I thank the Member for giving way. I agree with her analysis that we must not adopt a scattergun approach per se just for the sake of numbers and that targets need to reflect where the gaps are. Does she agree that we need to ensure that we meet our goals on the climate crisis and our challenges in the Health and Social Care workforce and that that should be reflected in how we go about this?
