I thank the Member for giving way. Does she agree that all the apprenticeships and the skills that are required need to be led by the industries, whether that is nursing, health and social care or the engineering businesses in my constituency of Mid Ulster? The apprenticeships need to be led by the businesses. The businesses need to be listened to, because they know what skills they need and what training is required to deliver those skills.
