Text
I thank the Minister for his statement. Of course, the issue is not just about attacks on people: in rural areas such as my constituency, we have seen attacks on livestock, which destroy farmers' livelihoods. Those attacks do not solely involve XL bully dogs. Will the Minister commit to dealing with the issue overall? Will he create more powers for councils to deal with it and protect farmers' livelihoods?
