Minister, this was originally a three-year contract, but it has been extended twice and, now, a third time, which I very much welcome. However, how did we find ourselves in the position where Nexus was contacting MLAs, with less than a month of the contract to go, to suggest that services will come to an end? Has your Department not been engaging, over the past two years of extensions, to try to ensure that we have a proper service in place that performs well?
