Text
I thank the Member for his question. I will take a point of clarity at any point, but I think that banning the sale of disposable vapes falls within the responsibility of his party colleague the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs. I am working on legislation with my UK colleagues, however, and, this morning, I met the Secretary of State for Health, Victoria Atkins, to discuss Northern Ireland's place in the tobacco and vapes bill that will shortly go through Westminster in regard to how we look at the sale of tobacco products and the wider piece about vapes.
