I thank the Member. Before I left the last time, I commenced a piece of work on not just recruitment but retention across all health and social care workforces and all structures, so not just junior doctors but nurses, AHPs and other professions. I do not have updated detail specifically on junior doctors. The retention piece was high-profile work that my Department undertook.
