Twenty Years on from the St Andrews Agreement - Amendment 2
Leave out all after ‘period of collapse;’ and insert:
‘recognises the commitments given by all parties to support policing, the courts and the rule of law, as reflected in the amendments to the ministerial Pledge of Office; further notes that these commitments are incompatible with the actions of Sinn Féin Ministers who participated in the unlawful protest which blocked the Drumcree parade on 27 September 2026, in defiance of the Parades Commission determination permitting the parade and the subsequent court ruling upholding the same; and believes that the basis upon which the St Andrews Agreement restored power-sharing and the political institutions does not exist.’
