Decolonisation of Museum Collections and Repatriation of Artefacts - Amendment 2

Leave out all after 'art and artefacts' and insert:

'opposes the misuse of the British Museum Act 1963, which the British Museum uses to justify its refusal to return artefacts to their home countries; calls on the Minister for Communities to support museums in their efforts to decolonise their collections; and further calls on the Minister to work to ensure that stolen art and artefacts are returned to their countries of origin, rather than to the British Museum.'
