Kingsmill Inquest - Need for a Public Inquiry
That this Assembly notes the findings of the Kingsmill Inquest; condemns the IRA for their attempts to deny responsibility for the sectarian murders; believes that those behind the massacre should be named; further believes that the refusal of the Irish authorities and Sinn Féin to engage fully with the inquest is reprehensible; and calls for justice for the families of the victims and backs their call for a full public inquiry into the events of 5th January 1976.
