To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail a project-by-project schedule of all Private Finance Initiative and Public-Private Partnership contracts and assets, for which (i) their Department; (ii) its agencies; and (iii) its arm’s-length bodies, are responsible, including for each contract (a) the project and asset name; (b) the original approved capital cost and original anticipated final cost; (c) the latest anticipated final cost, over the life of the contract; (d) the annual cost, in each of the last five financial years; (e) the cumulative amount paid, to date; (f) any projected payments remaining to the end of the contract, broken down by financial year; and (g) the original and current contract end dates.
